Fix Board Meetings: The Fix Home Owners Association Board meets on the third Monday of each month, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., in unit 403. All owners are welcome to attend. There will be an open forum at the end of each meeting for owners to speak on any topic they wish, starting at 7:30 p.m.. If you would like to submit an item for the agenda, please email Evan Wallace. Agenda items should be received one week in advance of the meeting. Social Events: Stay tuned for more social events, maybe a holiday cocktail party!

Yahoo Group Site: We now have a group site on Yahoo Groups, with group email functionality, a group calendar, and a document archive. This group site is not public, and is available only to members. If you wish to join, click on menu item to the left that says "Yahoo Group" to find out more.

Historical Photos: Jeff Murdock has shared some fascinating historical photos of the Fix Building. I have uploaded them to the Yahoo! Group site. Once you have joined the group, you will be able to see them by clicking Photos in the left-hand navigation of the Fix Building Community Site.
Issue Tracking System: We are now using an online tracking system to organize all maintenance requests, projects, janitorial issues, and administrative tasks for the building. Click Fix Issue Tracking System to go there. Contact Evan Wallace directly for login information.
