The Fix Building now has a Yahoo! Group intended to help members
of the Fix Building Homeowners Association better communicate with each other. It includes a document archive (for Board meeting
minutes and agendas, financial statements, documents like the Resident's Manual, etc.), a group calendar, and group email
functionality. This site is entirely private and members only. No information on this site is visable to non-members.
The easiest way to join is to respond to an email invitation from the moderator. Or, go to the site by clicking the link below,

Instructions:
1. The first page you will see
is the front page of the Fix Building Community Site. Click the "Join this group!" button in the upper right hand corner.
This will take you to the Yahoo! sign-in page.
2. You will now be taken through the signup process, which involves first
establishing a Yahoo! account. If you already have an account, you can use that one if you wish, in which case you simply
sign in. If you don't have a Yahoo! account, click the "Sign Up" link.
3. You will now create a new Yahoo! account. Fill
out the required fields marked by an asterisk. For "Yahoo ID", you may wish to choose a name descriptive of who you are and
where you live, like "lastname_firstname_FixNNN", where NNN is your unit number.
4. Next, choose a password, and enter
it in the box. You will be asked to choose a security question that will allow you to retrieve your password should you ever
forget it.
5. In "Alternate Email", enter the email address that you would like mail sent to. Please use the same email
address on file with the association, i.e, the same address that meeting minutes and other association mails go to.
6. Enter the security code in the box, and click on the button to agree to Yahoo!'s terms and conditions. Your Yahoo! registration
will now be complete, but you still have not joined the Fix Building group--you have only established a Yahoo! account.
7. On the confirmation page, click "Continue to Yahoo! Groups". You will now be at the page to sign up for the Fix Building
Group.
8. Verify the email address you entered in step 5 above by clicking the "Verify" link next to your preferred email.
Make this email address your primary address, if this is where you want email from the Fix Building group sent.
9. Under
"Word Verification", enter the security code in the box, then Click the Join button. If you are a verified owner in the Fix
Building, your membership will be approved by the moderator. You will receive email confirming your membership from the moderator.
10. Once you have become a member, please go to the Members page, find your name and edit your profile. To start the profile
editor, click the little pencil icon below your name. The most important pieces of information here are your name and location.
Under location, please enter your unit number, like this: Fix Building, Unit ___ (enter your unit number). Fill out any other
information you like, or none at all.
