Other information: Meeting Agendas: To
have an item considered for the agenda of board meetings, please submit them via email to Evan
Wallace or send them via the online Suggestion Box (click Suggestions from main menu). Please send agenda items one week
in advance of the meeting. You may also simply show up at the board meeting and participate in the open forum at the end of
each meeting. Items raised in discussion, if not adequately dealt with at the time, will be included on the agenda in the
subsequent meeting.
