Procedure
Kathleen Albro should be called directly to report any issues regarding the physical plant of the building
that are emergencies or otherwise urgent (e.g., malfunctioning elevator).
Evan Wallace should be emailed with all non-emergency
complaints and suggestions.
The order in which people should be called in case of emergency is:

For lockouts, here is the policy from the Residents Manual:
Please contact
the condominium owner or a locksmith. If the property manager is called upon to assist, the cost will be no less than $50.00
per occurrence during the hours of 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday and no less than $100.00 after hours and on weekends plus
travel costs if necessary. The locksmith that the Fix building does the most work with is Argens in Pioneer Square. Their
number is (206) 623-2662.
